This initial Pre-Consultation is a quick way to analyze your current hair, your hair goals, and to make sure that you are scheduled for the right services. We also like to ensure that each guest finds the right fit with a stylist that specializes in the look you are trying to achieve.

I understand that this is a general consultation intake form designed so that my stylist at CoCo Cheveux Hair Color Studio can help me choose which Guest Service option that I'm best suited for (if not already booked), or to help my colorist best prepare for my first visit.
I understand that by submitting this form it does not guarantee that my goal hair can be achieved in one session. This will be determined in person based on the amount of time booked, density/length of my hair, my color history, as well as my time and monetary budget.
I understand that the initial average investment of my first appointment ranges from $150 - $400 depending on my colorist and service choice and that most new client color appointments last 2 - 4 hours.
Maintenance color appointments will depend on my current hair, goal hair, required upkeep, and are generally booked for less time with less monetary investment.
