On-Time & Cancellations
We work hard to remain on schedule. If we will be more than 10 minutes late, you will receive a courtesy call/sms and we require the same in return. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your team member will do their best to accommodate all scheduled services but may result in loss of finish work.
Full scheduled service price will be expected.
We understand that life happens and sometimes you’ll need to reschedule! We now offer the convenience of full online booking where you can manage your appointments 24 hours a day. You may also cancel or reschedule appointments via sms/text (833) 210-2845 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for You, late cancellations or no shows dramatically impact our staff and other guests. In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our clients, we require a 48-hour notice for penalty free cancellations or rescheduling.
Clients are required to have a credit or debit card on file. Should you cancel your appointment
with less than the required notice a $25 per service canceled fee will be charged to the
credit card or debit card on file.
No show appointments are responsible for 100% of the reserved time. Clients who No Show on more than one occasion may be required to schedule all future appointments through our online booking system.
Due to holiday demand and limited availability with our colorists, we ask that you review your schedules and cancel/reschedule no later than 4PM Saturday the week before a holiday.
Any cancellations during the week leading up to the holiday will be responsible for the full cost of the reserved time.
Covid-19 & Wellness
Due to high demand and high volume, visiting the salon is By Appointment Only. No walk in services. If you arrive at the door with your mask on, your stylist will put her mask on. Please see our

Please enjoy our complimentary WIFI while relaxing. We ask that you keep your phone on silent or vibrate when possible & keep all phone conversations to a minimum for consideration of other guests. Earbuds/earphones are always a great idea when bingeing on Netflix while you process!
If you are not entirely in love with your At Home products, please let us know and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of original purchase.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, we are happy to make adjustments. Contact us within 7 days of the original service date. Changes in style or color from the initial consultation agreement are not considered an adjustment. If another service was performed elsewhere, your guarantee is considered null and void. We do not offer refunds for any hair services.
